To Tatou Vai Limited (TTV) is inviting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The CFO reports to the Chief Executive (CE) and will support the CE in building the capability of the business through strong leadership and the development of trusted relationships with staff and stakeholders.
To Tatou Vai is a medium-sized organization and is charged with operating and managing Rarotonga’s water network and assets. The CFO must assist the CE in developing a strategic long-term view of the company and context dealing with daily finance related operational tasks.
Skills and Experience required for this role:
• Degree in Accounting, finance or similar; • Management knowledge of operations at a utility, with water experience preferable; • Knowledge of familiarity with government financial systems; • Demonstrated leadership skills, sound decision-making and judgement; • Highly developed communication skills; • Highly developed skills in Accounting software (preferably MYOB) and other computer based applications; • Demonstrated knowledge of procurement, budgeting and financial control of operations and projects; • Proven experience managing and working with a diverse group of people; • General: Exemplary character / Inclusive management style / Proven record of success;
