The Public Service Commissioner is appointed by the Queen’s Representative on the advice of the Prime Minister and has collective accountability with Cabinet for the performance of the public service. The Commissioner provides strategic policy advice to Cabinet, sets human resources policy for the Public Service and is the Manager for Heads of Ministries. Our office is open between the hours of 8am and 4pm (GMT-10hrs), Monday to Friday.

The Ministry of Justice is now able to fill the following vacant position based on Rarotonga with an application deadline of 15th August 2022, 4pm.

SENIOR STENOGRAPHY & JUDGES ASSOCIATE
The role is an advanced technical role that supports the Stenography Services Manager, including transcription and Judicial secretarial services for the High Courts.
