The Cook Islands Investment Corporation is to bid farewell to Lloyd Miles on Friday the 23rd April 2021. Lloyd has headed the Corporation’s Land / Legal division since 2003.
"During Lloyd’s tenure, he has contributed tremendously to CIIC and in doing so has addressed many Crown land tenure and lease matters, including the removal of the Crown’s land lease audit qualification in 2019. The Corporation has also established many entities in recent years, including Avaroa Cable and To Tatou Vai. Lloyd was instrumental in forming both these entities and provided secretarial services during the pre‐establishment phases."
"Lloyd departs us to pursue other opportunities, and we wish him all the best for the next chapter," says Chief Executive Officer Allan Jensen.
