Ms. Tekura Moeka’a, one of two OPSC Human Resources Advisors will this
week be taking up the Policy Officer role at the National Environment Service. Tekura joined OPSC in October last year and was responsible for supporting the HR Team in various roles including recruitment processes, implementing and maintaining performance management systems, job evaluations and Public Service Induction. Tekura completed a BA at Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) majoring in Pacific Studies and International Relations in 2012. Tekura was previously employed at VUW as the Pasifika Learning Advisor in the Student Learning Unit. She also completed a short internship with the Cook Islands High Commission in NZ, on completing her employment with VUW in June 2018.
