The Public Service Commissioner is appointed by the Queen’s Representative on the advice of the Prime Minister and has collective accountability with Cabinet for the performance of the public service. The Commissioner provides strategic policy advice to Cabinet, sets human resources policy for the Public Service and is the Manager for Heads of Ministries. Our office is open between the hours of 8am and 4pm (GMT-10hrs), Monday to Friday.

Biology and Psychology were his majors at McMaster University, where he was a student.
