The Ministry of Cultural Development is seeking an experienced leader to head the National Cultural Identity Division. This senior role is central to promoting and preserving the cultural heritage of the Cook Islands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote the development, promotion and growth of the Cook Islands Cultural Identity
- Collaborate with local, regional and International stakeholders
- Implement policies and report on cultural initiatives

Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in cultural policy, public service, tourism or events
- Senior Management experience in relevant sectors
- Strong leadership, project management and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Cultural Studies, Public Administration or related fields
