We strive for service excellence across the Public Sector. If you think someone deserves to be recognised for doing great work, then please let us know by sending us an email with the date and details of the service received, the name of the person and the government agency involved.
How to make a complaint
Complaints regarding poor service delivery, public administration, the conduct of leaders of the Public Service or Crown entities should be reported to our office. All other complaints regarding the conduct of Public Sector employees should be reported to the head of the public service agency the employee works at.
