The Business Trade and Investment Board (BTIB) is excited to share the launch of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Manual, created in partnership with WebSafe Samoa and Hunter Space Ltd during the National Cybersecurity Training in November 2024. This manual is part of BTIB’s Business Development program and is now available to the public on our website. We sincerely thank PACER Plus for funding this project.
In today’s digital world, businesses—especially small and medium enterprises—face growing risks from cyber threats like data breaches and scams. These attacks can lead to financial loss and damage to a business’s reputation. This manual offers practical tips on recognizing risks, protecting sensitive data, and handling cyber incidents effectively.
We encourage all businesses, organizations, and individuals to download and utilize this manual to strengthen their cybersecurity practices. By doing so, we can work together to create a safer and more resilient business environment in the Cook Islands.
