Cook Islands Public Sector Strategy 2026-2031 (Strategy)

The Office of the Public Service Commissioner (OPSC) is looking for a short-term consultant to develop the Strategy.

We are look for a Consultant(s) with:

* Experience in carrying out capacity assessments;
* At lease 5 years' experience with working in the Public Sector and/or small jurisdictions particularly in the Pcific;
* Strong analytical, policy, financial, legal and economic skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'can do attitude'.

Period of assignemnt: 6 weeks. The assignment will start on 16 March 2026.
