The Ministry of Health (TMO) has the following vacancy available and we invite applications for the
this position:

Manager ICT

Responsibilities:
To provide strategic advice on innovative technologies and systems to support the effective design
and delivery of quality ICT services across TMO. ICT services include the development, maintenance
and security assurance for all TMO ICT platforms, health information systems (HIS), hardware,
software, other information systems and infrastructure.

This role is also responsible for developing and implementing TMO’s ICT Strategic Plan and ICT
Policy and reporting against key objectives. HIS includes electronic medical records, practice
management software, master patient indexes, patient portals, remote patient monitoring and
clinical decision
